Welcome to Wolf Den Rentals! These terms and conditions outline the rules and expectations for booking and staying at our properties. By booking a stay through WolfDenRentals.com, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Payment Policy

A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 2 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund for cancellations made 30+ days before arrival.

50% refund for cancellations made 7+ days before arrival.

No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.

Damage Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, dwelling, furniture, or amenities due to negligence, improper use, or anything outside of normal wear and tear.

House Rules

To ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests, please follow these guidelines:

No parties allowed.

Minimum booking age is 25 years old.

Waterpark Availability: Hours may vary by season. Please check the Bridges Bay Resort website for details. Waterpark passes are not available on check-out day unless preapproved by the host.

Hot Tub Use: The personal hot tub is available between May 10 – October 1.

Golf Carts: Personal electric golf carts are only available during the summer season and require a signed waiver.

Parking: No parking on grass per HOA regulations. Driveway fits three vehicles; overflow parking is available near Bridges Bay Resort.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors: Smoking is only allowed outside on the patio. Do not put out cigarettes on concrete, structures, or furniture. Dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pets: Allowed only with prior approval and a paid pet fee. Unauthorized pets result in a $250 fee. Guests must clean up after pets or risk additional charges.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Please respect neighbors.

Furniture: Please do not move furniture.

Trash: Secure all trash in bins to prevent wildlife disturbances.

Check-Out Time: 11 AM. Late check-out may result in additional charges.

Lock Doors: Ensure all doors are locked upon departure.

Community & Resort Rules: Follow all posted rules at Bridges Bay Resort and within the community.

General Terms

Intellectual Property: All content on WolfDenRentals.com is owned by Wolf Den Rentals and cannot be copied, redistributed, or sold.

Website Accuracy: We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information (such as pricing or availability) is always up to date.

Liability Limitations: Wolf Den Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen property during your stay.
